Mint 400 Records

Mint 400 Records is one of the first American all digital record labels based out of Hawthorne, New Jersey, founded in 2007 by Neil Sabatino known for his work in the band Pencey Prep and as the founding member of Fairmont. As of 2020, Mint 400 Records has released more than 450 records.

The label focuses on radio promotion and has had dozens of releases chart on the NACC College Radio charts since 2010. In 2021 Mint 400 Records announced new jazz and instrumental sub-label, Raining Music, with the signing of Jersey City funk jazz band The Funky JC's and in addition Clamb, an avant garde jazz band from Boston

They have since added Chicago's Yellow Pills, Cincinnati's Greg Chako, Boston's City Of Four, and Atlanta's Tiffany Goode. In addition to jazz the label also has a handful of artists that create instrumental and experimental ambient music.
